Refund & Returns Policy

Your Right to Return Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact us at deklerkgretha@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at deklerkgretha@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at deklerkgretha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For EU shipments, the 14-day cooling-off period applies. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.
